Minorities in the United States are eligible for many grant opportunities designed specifically to promote minorities and diversity in business. If you are a minority, you should contact any ethnic community centers in your city or state to inquire about business grant opportunities for minorities, since many are available to promote different ethnic groups in specific cities you may reside in.

There are also many grants for minorities available on a state level. So in your grant search, you should always search for the local SCORE & Small Business Associations for your state, as they will be able to advise you on grants for minorities that you will be eligible to apply for.

Also check the Minority Enterprise Development Agency.
