Women's Business Grants - Women's Financial Fund

Eight tips for crafting the perfect grant application cover letter
Tip # 8 - Polished look of your cover letter

When you are printing out your cover letter for your business grant application, make sure to print it on good quality paper, not the "economy printing paper" you might use for every day printing. Make sure your printer cartridge is full, so your cover letter won't have tell tale lines that comes with an empty ink cartridge.

If your printer prints out a less-than-polished cover letter, go to a friend's house to print it out, or go to an office supply store that can print from a disk, so your cover letter will look completely professional.
